Results on Portal

I'm not sure if its a system error or something else, but Today i go to my student portal to look at the marks for the 2nd semester and i see this flop where they say i didnt submit my Summative, now the module says failed which is funny to be honest cos i have my receipt confirming i submitted not to mention i submitted 3 days before the due date. So can some help resolve this.
