Results not delivered

I have been trying to be in contact with Rosebank College in regards to my results I have been sent from pillar to post.

I did 1 year of business management in Cape Town I haven't been able to carry on with my studies but I paid off every cent I owe I then requested for my results as I'm fit enough to continue now and no no is helping they always say they will send an email but no one is coming back to me.

Time is ticking I need to register.
