Results and accessing timetable

I thought Rosebank College was a proper College buy no it's not. I've been to client's service for ore than 5 days regarding my sup results, they keep saying they will send me an email but u haven't received aby email. It's a month now I still don't know if I have passed that module or what and now it's test week I don't know if I'm writing that module or what, also I don't have access to the timetable to check where I will attend that repeat module, I'm even saying repeat module because I don't even know if I passed or what. Imagine I wrote the sup last year December
