Registration process @Rose bank college

Indeed the registration process at rose bank college is a nightmare. I submitted the application on the 3rd of March. The same day, within an hour I got an sms with details to pay registration fee, that is non-refundable of course, I even got phone calls to tell me who is the student advisor for my nephew. I got an email as well with all the details to pay for registration, including the contract that needs to be signed and the type of documents to be attached.

I paid everything and sent all documents on the 5th March, till today registration is still in progress. My nephew goes to campus everyday just to stand in the queue to go to the 11th floor, from the 11th floor he'll be sent to IT, from IT to the student advisor, this has been happening for almost 3 weeks now....for a private institution this is disappointing, purely poor service
