Registration of Studies

My registration process was a disaster, I was registered under the RC National instrad of RC Braamfontein. I was unable to have my details registered on the student portal so I couldn't receive my time-table or books which I needed to order. This had been going on for more than three weeks now, in this day and age with so much technology it shouldn't be necessary for me to physically go to the branch. I have called numerous times from my cell and spoke to Mduduzi, and Duncan is never available as this matter was escalated to him via Fortune. No one seems to take accountability and for Moroesi Moshoeshoe to tell me she has too many emails to actually respond to mine is astonishing! Please have my money refunded as I have already sent an email requesting this.
