Registration not finalized

I honestly don't understand what is going on at Rosebank College. Semester1 Results are out but I still haven't received my results. They had previously made a mistake with my registration and got me registered for semester 3 instead of 1 (but I still did semester 1 modules) . They recently had that fixed but now instead of being registered for the second semester it says I'm enrolled for the first semester while the second semester says "In Progress". I went on to select semester 2 modules and I'm getting double billed and it says I should pay for my first semester registration which I paid for in January. On Thursday we received our Program assessment timetable and it says we have a test on the 17th of August but how am I going to do that if everything of mine is a mess and I have already missed 5 ice task submission. I have been to the client service since the first week of semester 2 academic week and I'm exhaustet. I regret getting enrolled in this institution because it is one problem after the other.
