REGISTRATION DELAYED-FINANCE DEPARTMENT
I am extremely disappointed with this institution with *********** staff at finance department who does not bother prioritizing important matters.
My is still unable to register for his 3rd year due to finance department not updated their system correctly.
Bursary funds were allocated and paid to Rosebank, but it looks like someone from finance department decided to reverse the transaction.
Now my son has to suffer because of your staff incompetence.
We have been sending emails and calling, and no one is assisting.
This mess is created by Rosebank college not by us.
We can't secure residency space because of this mess.
I regret why i sent my son to your institution.
We went to campus and that place is full of interns who can't even assist. I don't know what is wrong with people working at your institution.
Please can we have this resolved as a matter of urgency.
