Registration Declined

I spoke to a lady in the Online department requesting that since I was not employed for the whole of 2024, that's the reason why I could not pay my school fees. I requested to be registered to continue my studies and just do 3 modules and I'd be able to pay my fees now since I am employed. I was told that I would be able to register if I paid an amount of R2000 out of their generosity. I then called and requested to be registered but I was told that registrations had been closed and I would now have to wait another year to study which therefore extends the period of my degree after they had stated that I'd be able to register then continue paying while I study. I had also requested that since my sister had paid for her registration but woun't be studying with them anymore due to various reasons, may the funds she used for registration be transferred to my account. The lady that I spoke to said she would log a ticket and see if it would be possible to transfer the funds, It has been 2 months now and I still have not received any communication regarding that whatsoever. I've had a terrible experience with this institution since the first day. To me, this college is very ***********.
