Registration

Last year I went to Rosebank college to enquire about the IT course, I was given an application form which need to come back with R 160-00. After I was given a registration form which needed to come back with R 2 800-00 to complete the full registration before 2015.<br> The consultant told me that I must bring the forms and can bring the money at the end of the month (February 2015), for my registration to be complete.<br> At the end of February 2015, I did not have the cash to pay, but Rosebank still had the registration forms, I failed to attend the classes, now they are saying that I must pay R 1 400-00 for cancellation because I did not complete my registration.<br>
