Refusal to give me my refund

I have been calling this school since last year december for my refund i paid my sisters school with R9000 more i have been told to send document i emailed them to the email address i was given since now there is no refund.when ever i call their call centre their agents they so rude and they never know anything.im still waiting gor my refund even now.worse school ever
