Refusal of a refund

I have been dealing with Rosebank College for a month now and I am honestly tired and frustrated. This is the second review.

I first app**** for accreditation, but they gave me wrong and confusing information until their deadline passed, and then my request was declined. After that, I asked for a refund, and they requested 8 unnecessary documents to process it. They just try to make it difficult for one to cancel with them.

It has now been over a week since I submitted everything, and I still have not received my refund. I keep following up, and they keep saying it has been “escalated” with no real progress. It feels like they are delaying on purpose so I can continue studying and paying for modules I already passed at another reputable university.

They keep apologising but nothing gets done. Their process only benefits them and they do not care how students are affected. Because of their poor service and lack of knowledge, I have now lost a whole semester.

I would not recommend registering with Rosebank College. Bad after service, Consultants are clueless about the service and rude when you request them for complete their job or provide information.
