Refund/Cancellation

I registered in July to complete one of my modules, unfortunately nothing was allocated into my student portal and that led into me missing out on this semester. Can I please get a refund back, I have sent numerous emails to Puleng Sekekete and to ***.

I am not happy with how my query is been handled, it is frustrating.
