Refund Request.

It has been exactly 15 days weekends included that I have not received my R300 refund, a lady who helped with all her warm heart named Tsholofelo Phatlhane has probably run out of options in order for the finance department to assist me. I was firstly denied a reprint due to clauses that I was only told of now which I am cool with because at least there's a letter backing my certificate. Now as in unemployed someone I honestly need my R300. I have done all required things and choose not to open a new ticket as the institution takes their time to respond.
