Refund discovery

I was supposed to get the refund from Rosebank college but their service is very poor.. I always getting excuses of creating tickets in order to get my money and i did that its been almost 2months waiting for my money and iam fed up hence i had to write on hello Peter their services is very bad and their phone lines are terrible you need to have lot of airtime when you calling their office before they answered if they will answer
