Refund

Every year I have to write a review on helloPeter in order to get things done. I honestly don’t know how this institution works. I’m back here to complain about their refund process, which I thought they had bettered but clearly it’s gonna take time to get things right for them. I sent them an email about two weeks back for my refund, got an auto reply which stated my email will be attended to within a week but I only got a response this week, stating I need to resend documents I have already sent, I’m starting to think they don’t open the emails they just reply with whatever auto reply, whenever they even feel like replying.
