Refund
I’m currently aware that I’m owing school fees for this academic year . But I’ve requested for a refund from the fees I overpaid last year . And nothing was done

To assist you effectively, we kindly request the following documentation:
- Copy of the ID of the recipient of funds
- Confirmation of banking letter/document
- Proof of payment (last 3 payments as highlighted below)
- Refund request letter (typed on Microsoft Word)
- Authorization to pay the student from the account payer or sponsor (including their ID copy & signature)
- If the sponsor is a company, a letter on the company’s letterhead is required (must include the company registration number)
Once we have these details, I will work closely with the Pretoria Campus Management to ensure your query is promptly escalated and resolved.
