REFUND
Rosebank does not take us serious, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Rosebank College regarding my refund. I have been logging multiple tickets sending emails with no response no feedback whatsoever. It is totally unacceptable that this matter is just ignored, whereas when you owe the college they will be sending millions emails and calling you everyday but when they have to pay our refund they just ignore our queries. I'm requesting once again that Rosebank process and pay my refund without any further delays.
