Refund

I have requested refund because i cancelled the course and they said they will take 50% of the money i paid ,ok i didn't have problem with that but since i submitted all the required documents for refund i haven't get my money back. I have send the documents on 27 August 2024 and they said it will take 7 working days to receive my money. I called them several time last week and this week they tell me stories....the finance department is very poor
