Refund

This is now going on for about a month since I paid rosebank in error and I need a refund since I've decided to go with another institution I have tried to call and write a review and I am being sent from one person to another and have my emails and dms I send on X ignored and this point I want to file a formal complaint I mean how difficult is crediting back monies paid to you in error? Someone from their call centre calls and pretends they don't hear me and hangs up🚮
