RC Refunds lazy

The RC Refunds department are not doing their jobs. l Requested for a refund on the 5th of April to only get response on the 11th that my documents have been received and the refund shall take 7 business days. I have not received anything and its the 30th of April. With no feedback on whats the delay, what is the hold up, i do not remind RC to anyone.
