Quick to take your money but bad administration

I app**** for my sister to study at Rosebank college. I paid R600 for the pre registration and registration and R1600 for deposit. I called the school and also sent an email informing them that she won't be able to continue with the academic program because my financial position has changed.

I am aware that a certain portion may be non-refundable but it's unfair that my entire hard earned R2200 won't be reimbursed.

I would like them to reconsider what is due to me and pay me back.
