Quick to take money - And that's about all they are quick at! DELETE ROSEBANK AS AN OPTION

I am meant to start a higher certificate in HR Practices on 25 July (yes, 4 days ago) and not one person has sent me confirmation of my modules being activated on my profile, class schedules or timetables, or invitations for ANY online sessions...nothing!

Instead, I receive another text message stating that I need to spend MORE money on books that need to be delivered for my first semester. Another R1,100 over and above the 5-6k that's already been spent, and I've not attended a single class yet.

Tyrese White, an online recruitment officer, has ignored my emails since the last payment he took to secure my modules for my first semester. I call him today...and it's like we never met each other before...but he's been dealing with me since the 31st of May?? This type of attitude towards your students is unacceptable! And if one cannot pride themselves in delivering an honorable service, then change your day job! The blatant lack of proactivity by this 'team' has been truly shocking - no central number to contact a human with interest, to discuss any matters concerning one's studies. Online chat just doesn't respond, never has an answer, or informs you that you need to contact a different email address - to which I was already provided around 5 different addresses...

I want someone to call me with the answers to the below questions, if this is not done within a reasonable time frame and ALL questions are not answered, I will take this to the next point of escalation which will be the Ombudsman & Education Services:

1. When do my classes start for this semester? 2. If already passed the start date, why have you allowed this to happen? 3. When will my timetables be communicated with me? 4. When am I going to be assigned a student advisor who can assist me with the questions I have around this qualification? 5. Why am I required to pay for books when your online adverti*****t states that e-books are included in the monthly fees?
