Quick to sign us up but then no after sales support

I was skeptical about joining them but was swayed by the positive reviews they received on hellopeter. Let's just say, they were quick to sign me up and assured me they would look into my external credits but only once i was fully registered. Now that I've done as requested, i'm being given the run around, their student portal doesn't even work for my user. I can't even cancel due to this. Extremely disappointed. Makes me question whether their reviews are legitimate or not.
