Queries and no responses

<p>Im still waiting for my refund since being promised in December before the 15 i would be refunded it wasn't,i was promised yet again refund would be done the passed friday yet it was not done as well ,why keep making promises you cant keep,I'm fed up of following up i want my money today in my account.</p>
