PTA CBD-Disgusting Service

About a week ago and today, around morning time i was at CBD PRETORIA campus and was referred to the client service department. There was 1 lady and a guy working there… the consultants name was Dora and Chosen. I have never encountered such rude unmannered consultants. They were in a online meeting, busy making remarks about whoever was talking in the meeting…they did not have nice comments at all and mind you they were doing this right in front of the client at their desk. Dora specifically kepts eating her lunchbox at the desk, bad interpersonal skills and very very unfriendly to whoever walks in to ask a general enquiry(be it a parent or student) The que was insanely long and took 30min max assisting a single client.

Some of the comments they threw in during their google teams meeting were swear words…i remember vividly Dora commenting “these students are so annoying, i dont know why they take them seriously with every complaint they make” in her mother tongue. Why would she say this infront of clients ? students? Chosen took more than 15 minutes to jusy give me a reprint out of my academic record. I was considering on furthering my studies with the institution and register 2 of my nieces there. but with the treatment yall give the clients??? it sucks.
