Prompt Service from Academic Operations Administrator (Vivian Hembly)

When I realised my CASS marks were not accurately reflecting the marks I received throughout the semester, I emailed the email for Rosebank's online campus. Vivian Hembly, an Academic Operations Administrator of Rosebank's Online Centre, promptly rep**** and assisted me in adjusting my CASS marks accordingly. I was very happy with her quick service and polite demeanour. Rosebank College should make sure to employ more people like Vivian.
