Promise of Completion Letter

Complaint: Rosebank College - Unfulfilled Promise of Completion Letter Hello,

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Rosebank College. Last year, our Programme Coordinator (PC) promised that our completion letters would be issued on 12January. The date came and passed, and when I called the school, they claimed they had no knowledge of this promise and told me to log a ticket on IIE Assist.

I've logged multiple tickets, but received no response. To make matters worse, they're now not picking up my calls. This is unacceptable. I'm still waiting for my completion letter and feeling frustrated with the lack of communication and support.

Rosebank College, I urge you to take immediate action and provide the completion letter as promised. I'm counting on you to resolve this issue ASAP.

I am still unhappy and my issue has not been resolved. I am waiting for my completion letter, which was promised for 12 January. I logged a ticket yesterday on IIE Assist and have still not received any assistance or feedback. Previous tickets have also gone unanswered.

All I am requesting is the issuance of my completion letter. I would appreciate urgent intervention from Rosebank College to resolve this matter.
