Programme Success Tutor
I'm a 2nd year online student at Rosebank College and my experience with the department who deals with enquiries and complaints have been extremely bad. However, I was assigned a new Programme Success Tutor Nhlakanipho Cele who I contacted with the same enquiries and was assisted kindly and promtly. I finally felt like someone was listening and trying to help and actually putting in effort to help. Thank you for being a good PS Tutor.
