Problem with module.

Hi everyone I am enrolled at Rosebank College (NMB Campus) and I'm having a problem with one of my modules. It says the Symbol I received is "FES" which does not make sense as I have over 50% overall for the module and I had submitted my exam that I wrote that day. Registration for this year is open now and I cannot register due to this module I'm told I have to repeat. I'd like some assistance with this matter in getting it resolved a soon as possible.
