Pretoria cbd is being ran like a ****a shop with HORRIBLE SERVICE

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life time, the employees have zero training on how to handle customers and solving complaints. Something has to be done with the hiring process you can’t be hiring people who don’t even know their job description (these people need training or hire people who are qualified for the job) and on top of that rude. The whole RC assist team Pretoria campus (Chosen ,Lorato I forgot the other lady) is HORRIBLE and rude online(email) and live ..they will tell you to send a ticket online they are dealing with other things right now but when you do that you receive no response for months until you go there to follow up and they still send you back to rc assist 🚮 they would rather sit there and have a non work related conversation then to help solve your complaints. The whole system is just BAD, and it seems like they are not planning on fixing it at all . The people capturing marks are also slacking and doing major errors , it’s like people just called their friends to come work there like it’s a ****a shop with no background check at all . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come study here at all, it is stressful and frustrating. I am giving it zero
