Poor service pertaining my graduation and conduct letters from the Braamfontein campus

Heavily disappointed in the service I've been receiving from the staff at Rosebank College Braamfontein campus, especially the campus head. I've been logging endless tickets on IIE RC Assist seeking assistance with the attainment of my graduation and conduct letters as I have to submit them to other institutions of higher learning for my postgraduate studies and funding opportunities. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance whatsoever. What's even more disheartening is that fellow students have received their documents without having to go through all the troubles or lengths like I have. I have been seeking assistance way before the festive season began, however, the response is always "we are short staffed" or "the relevant department is on leave", which is shocking considering the fact that other students have been getting their documents throughout the festive. I am frustrated and quite frankly very disappointed in how my matter is being handled. It is not with any urgency whatsoever. I even sent an email to Mr Innocent Moyo the campus head seeking assistance with this, but he never responded. With the current economical state of the country as well as the limited job opportunities, you'd think our institutions want the best for us after completingour degrees. You'd think they wish for us to study further and hold weight in life, but it seems it's not the case with this one. I'm a very disappointed. The deadline for the submission of my documents to these institutions was today, 2nd January 2026 and I still haven't submitted. I wrote an email this morning again to seek assistance but I still haven't received my documents, nor did I get a response. I do not not how this matter must be dealt with.
