Poor service & no sense of urgency

This institution is failing me dismally. I have been calling, logging calls for the last two weeks to assist me with a transcript. I have had to visit the campus, they said they would help. Still waiting to hear from them even now.. This is not new, calling Rosebank College on any of their numbers is just really a waste of time. WhatsApp? The worst really. Oh don't get me started on emails, this is really frustrating
