Poor service, lies, unreliable, unprofessionalism and all other bad things at Rosebank College

Rosebank College is not what I thought it is. They told us lies. They can't even do a simple transfer from one of their to another. Since 10 February 2022 struggling to transfer my son from Pta campus to Braamfontein campus. After they succeeded last week but they failed to load his modules. No communication from their, Pta campus telephones can't go through. They always lie to say the problem will be sorted soon. Poor management from the head of the college. When you ask they fail to give convincing answers. My son's account is still locked. Useless institution. I think this must be reported to Department of Higher education. It too much now. Nonsense
