Poor service from Rosebank College

I wish i could write a review with no stars because that is the poor service i received from Rosebank College as a new student. I had app**** 3 weeks ago with them and to date after numerous ways to communicate with them have received no response on my registration, have no access to textbooks or anything. Second semester started on Monday and i have nothing. I have sent numerous mails, tried calling, whatsapps, and even online chates, no assistance. The only help i got was when i had to pay the admission fee, after that nothing!

I am appauled by the treatment received from Rosebank College.
