Poor service delivery

I app****nfor hr online certificate.I was accepted i paid registration fee together with my application fee.When i check on my application portal only application fee tht is showing ok, so i was at rosebank college yesterday of which i was told rhey only deals with full time students.i called the 086 no one is responding or pick up my call.just the answering machine.Am.bit scaptical about procwwding with my studies with rosebank seemingly the service is very poor.Secondly i am.struggling ti accept my offer i called and email Reabetswe Muraping shes mot responding baxk to me .the worae part i need to acceot it before the 16th of this month.
