Poor service

I am on line student with Rosebank College my account was locked and I was instructed to contact the administrator. After numerous calls I was told to go my nearest branch which is in Pretoria. On the 21st of March 2022 I went to the Compass the staff said they can't assist me as I am an on line student I need to sort this out with the on line department. Logged various call/ tickets to It Helpdesk for assistance called, still no help. I'm now receiving texts regarding assignments and test, sadly I cannot be helped.
