Poor service

Rosebank college is full of *********** stuff that does not listen to the queries of their students which for me is poor customer service given the fact that we pay a lot of funds for the kind of service that is given to us

I have a lot of bad experiences with the institution. However one that stands out the most is the recent one.

I have been trying to get the institution to issue me a transcript and i have sent a ton of emails to their consultants, placed numerous phone calls and they would either not pick up or not do what they have been asked to do. Still this morning i have attempted two phone calls with no pick up.

On Monday i had to stand in a queue for more then five hours just to have my transcript. Mind you i need to job hunt with my results and time is not in my side.

You would find that with the long queues that take up 2 and half floors there are only three people assisting the students. Someone is Rosebank college is not going their job and at this rate i would not recommend the institution.
