Poor service and communication

I am so confused and by this colleges.its like we are not paying the service they have rendered to parents it's extremely terrible. I was not expecting this type of service because it's a private m expecting to say positive things because it's a private but it's visa versa.even Curo college it's better

I wrote on hello Peter because I felt like m not getting wht m supposed to get. M due for refund and the person that phoned me after my complain.because I was in a meeting then I hv requested her to phone me after 5min but she didn't. So I don't know what is happening with my refund and to the refund department all that is important it's when we pay but when I m supposed to get refund it's quite.worse Trypina send me the refund statement .it's a month now but no explanation it's quite.

I M requesting ALL the official to take time and count all the complaints from hello Peter.
