Poor service

I have been waiting for my letter of completion since 10 February till now I haven't received it. I have been told do many stories, but other students have received their without any inconveniences. I am highly disappointed with this institution. I have brought up the matter on the IIE Assist. I honestly feel like that thing doesn't work.
