Poor service

I am a returning student, sent all my documents and PoP a week ago but have not received any correspondence from the institution, been trying to call campus with no luck, phones ring forever with no answer....

Hi it pop up a message that my student number is not found, can someone at least send communication on when we getting starting or a welcome email with all the details we will need because not getting any communication frustrates us
