Poor service

Rosebank College are terrible at administration and follows. We as employer sponsored a bursary for a student. He registered and we requested an invoice repeatedly from Rosebank. They never ever sent us invoices but instead just cancelled our employee's registration after he had been attending classes and submitting assignments online. They claimed non-payment despite us repeatedly requesting invoices. We tried to lodge queries- issue was never resolved- they just refusing to reinstate our employee. They have impacted his career growth and path within the company. They claim he can only re-register in second semester but we cannot trust the organisation. If they didnt provide payment details now, will they really provide invoices then? We will never refer anyone else to Rosebank. The whole experience has been terribly and disappointing. No-one responds. Nothing gets resolved. Extremely unhappy
