Poor service

What a poor service I got from this institution. I registered to study part time with them in the years 2017, The was no communication from their side to let me know when to start. When I called them they told me the classes have already started. They asked me to study the following year (2018),I agreed since I understand the mistakes are done at some point. The following year same story happened. I took an initiative to visit the branch, where I was sent from pillar to post. That's when I decided not to study with them anymore. I requested a refund which was paid by my employer in the form of a bursary, up to this end the money was never refunded. My employer started to deduct the money on my salary .I've been sending emails to rose bank college, but they don't attend my query to date.
