Poor Service

I've been a student with Rosebank college for the past three years and with my years of experience their administrative staff is very incompetence and not helpful at all. I have completed my modules and the auto registered me for modules that I have done and passed, when you call their student contact center they don't answer their phones and when you are lucky someone with answer but transfer your call to the the extension that won't be answered. I have requested my academic record since end of July August and till todate, I am still waiting.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend Rosebank college to any student, the lectures are good but their administrative is horrible, you will struggle to get any information from them. they are rendering the service like some of the Government departments- I am afraid that the next thing that they might ask from the students is a bribe for them to do their work. I can go on and on about the horrible service that I have experience with the college.......
