Poor Service

I am regretting my decision every semester to study with this institute.

Its August, my modules havent been loaded, previous semesters marks not received.

Log constant queries for the past month and a half to no clarity or positive outcome whatsoever.

The registration process takes so long that we students miss out on time to finish going through the content of each module. Comes to exams and we are tested on everything whether it has been covered or not!

They have been resetting my passwrod constatntly for the past 3 days without me even requesting this!

I am sickened and disgusted by the service here at Rosebank Braamfontein.

Biggest regret choosing to do my degree with them.
