Poor Rosebank services

Rosebank College in Braamfontein is so disappointing,unprofessional and not customer friendly...we wrote a final exam in Logistics as part timers and no one wants to give us our results even Philile the lecturer says she doesn't know anything our emails are not answered. ..they are so quick in reminding us to pay school fees but take ages to reply and get our results. ..they just don't care if we pass or fail all they care about is money.as I am speaking an alternative has not been made for us since the lecturer given to us made us perform poorly...our marks have not been uploaded for these exams I mean what nonsense is this? Also when you call the student's enquiry line you hold the line the whole day.no one cares if you are answered or not!!! This is plain nonsense! !!!!
