Poor marking and not fixing my marks

I did my assignment neatly and submitted it using word but they did not mark my diagrams. They want us to fail while my work is neatly done. When I complain they say I should check my work before I submit n I did check my work it was okay everything was visible but they didnt mark my diagram why ? My other module I was suppose to get 61% but they gave me 58% as final mark when I calculate I had to get 61% and they don’t want to fix it

I never said I want a remark for My module were I got 58% that needs to be reCalculated because the final mark is 61% not 58%. Errors are made now I got an email saying they remarking my assignment whereby I have to pay. No I don’t want a remark but need my final mark to be recalculated from student portal it’s 61% not 58%.

Remark is for Database I’ve been saying that only since the lecturer didn’t mark my diagrams.

Then my ITMA module the final mark is suppose to be 61% not 58% .. they should recalculate my marks clearly for final mark Result
