Poor communication regarding registration

Paid the application and pre-registrations fees. Registration link on the orientation sms does not work, no answer to phone, email ot whatsapp. Yet orientation is supposed to be Monday and we have no idea what to do. Would like some urgent help please ... Ap***8.
