Poor Communication & Delayed Credit Application

I app**** for credit exemptions at Rosebank College and submitted all the required documents as requested. Despite multiple follow-ups, my assigned student advisor, Dakalo, failed to respond to my emails. On the 28th, I sent all the requested documents and only then received a response asking for proof of payment, which I submitted immediately. After that, I sent several follow-up emails and received no response at all. I contacted the Pretoria campus for assistance and was told they could not help me and that I should email ***, as only Dakalo could assist me. This was extremely disappointing, as I was left with no support or accountability. On the 9th, Dakalo emailed me asking for a copy of my matric certificate — a document that should have been requested at the beginning. This clearly shows that my credit application process had not even been started, despite weeks passing and multiple follow-ups from my side. Due to this unprofessional conduct, poor communication, and complete lack of urgency, I have lost confidence in the institution. Please cancel my application with immediate effect. It is unacceptable that one person’s negligence can create such a negative experience and reflect so poorly on the entire institution.
