Poor communication

I have been trying to enquire about how does their part time/distance learning operates, I haven't had any response yet. I tried to register and I don't even know how to pay the application fee since I haven't been informed with anything ,I tried several methods to reach to a consultant to no avail, please I would like a student advisor/ or consultant to assist on payment methods and how the distance learning operates *** you can get in touch
