Poor administration and failure to attend to my plea

I've been trying to get helo to get assisted with been loaded on the HSM system, however when iblog in to download my my assignments and trying to get access i still get access to the previous course I was doing BPAD.. Even though im supposed to be having access to Degrees in hospitality management.

Secondly I've been pleasing and ive sent an email requesting for a refun foe modules credited so that ibcan be able to buy myself a laptop so that i can be able to attend, submit assignment and ICE tasks, to date i haven't received any response from the..

It it my humble request for my studies tbis year to be frozen please as everything doesn't make sense on my side as far as the administration from rosebank college is concerned, im using this platform cos ive been, trying to get help but seems like everyone is dragging their feet, im below disappointed as im writing this on this platform but i realised I've no choice,

With immediate effect please freeze my studie for next year January because I feel like im failed.
